a refurbishment of an existing rental property designed to create a more cohesive open plan living space. simple but quality material selection enhanced this property’s appeal to prospective tenants and in turn helped the client achieve a much higher rental income than previous the tenancy.
sac + co were tasked with designing the scheme and coordinating contractors for the build - demolishing the kitchen wall to create and open plan kitchen/dining area, combinng a separate wc and bathroom into a functional family bathroom and full refurbishment to all other rooms of the house.
